Complaints & Abuse

1. General complaints
Complaints relating to our website, correspondence or business conduct should be sent to legal@multidomaincapital.co.uk.
Please include your name, contact details, the domain name or subject involved, a clear description of the matter and any supporting evidence.
2. Abuse reports
Reports involving suspected phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, spam, unlawful content or other abuse connected with a domain associated with our portfolio should be sent to abuse@multidomaincapital.co.uk.
Please include the domain name, relevant URLs, timestamps, evidence of the issue and your contact details.
3. Review timeframe
We aim to acknowledge credible abuse reports within five working days. Complex matters may require additional review, supporting evidence or communication with third parties.
4. Action
Reports are reviewed in good faith. Where a matter is credible and within our control, we may investigate further, request additional information, contact relevant parties or take appropriate administrative or technical steps.
5. Urgent matters
If you believe there is an immediate threat to personal safety, financial harm or criminal activity, you should also report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement or security authority.
